High Value Material Tracking/Pipe Tracking: Material from any global vendor will be tracked at each location. A Material Tag ID will be generated and updated with vendor details as required. Tag readers/writers will capture the data via RFID, which is sent to a local server and then to the web-based PTS system. Users can access selective data according to their roles.
Functional Architecture: Real-time information will be tracked at each stage, from manufacturing to installation. Selected data will be written to the RFID tag, while other data will be integrated with the Material Tracking Solution. Data exchange occurs via files like CSV, XML, or XLS. Users can monitor the entire material movement anytime through the web-based solution.
